Dr. Alshon has had the privilege of providing pain management and rehabilitative services to southeast Florida since 1988. He had the honor of joining the Florida Medical Pain Management team March 2024. He completed his undergraduate education at Albright College in Reading, Penna. He received his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his internship at Southeastern (now called Nova Southeastern), in North Miami Beach, Florida. He returned to Philadelphia to complete a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University.
He is board-certified by the Osteopathic and Allopathic ( ie MD) societies in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; Board -certified in pain management; and Board-certified in Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is certified to recommend medical marijuana.
Dr. Alshon will use conventional, state-of-the-art injections and minimally invasive surgeries, and alternative treatment strategies to provide his patients with comprehensive and personalized care.
